Ok, so for anyone who has the same issue, I've found the mod that was stopping my royalties. It was the mod 'higher app royalties' by littlemssam. I'd like to note as well, that in the file, royalty is spelt as 'royality', which is why I couldn't find it in the first place, so for anyone having the same problem, maybe double check you don't have this mod! :)
