Hi tiannabbxo . This is resulting from a mod by a creator who isn't supported here. (See reasons why that might be in the top post of Broken & Updated Mods & CC).
First, make sure you're on the most recent version of all mods. I recommend not using any sliders or similar mods that haven't been updated in the last year. Many older sliders and preset mods are broken. Anything that touches eyes can be broken by new Occult eyes (e.g., Fairies), depending on how it's coded.
If just removing mods doesn't fix existing Sims, try (1) doing a "Save As" on the save, and (2) editing the Sims in CAS.
If even with no mods you're still getting new Sims getting this problem, try a Game Repair and new user folder (see https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/resetting-the-game-to-factory-settings-without-reinstalling/) to make sure there wasn't something deeply wonky going on.
