NPCs Get Married Instantly Without Me Doing Anything.

It's been 7 days, then I opened the Map, suddenly the NPC appeared already married. I have turned off "Neighborhood" in Settings. How to stop NPC immediately married. PLS help me! Screenshot: ...

I've never couples moving in with each other autonomously  in my game. I don't even see it as an option under neighborhood stories. I thought that only happened with mods.
