Ok so is SIMS 4 CAS broken or am I tripping?

So I'm playing sims 4 perfectly fine. But when I want to change my sims or whatever. I get a BetterException tab from TwistedMexi. What the blank is wrong with the game? Every time that tab comes up I get this:
