[OLD] Broken/Updated Mods & CC: April 2023 Patches

@briesims Check the Grumpy mods with only each mod installed, nothing else in the mods folder (unless XML injector is required by a mod), and check installation instructions on them - let me know if the problem persists testing mods alone by the page 1 instructions. For LE's, please check in with the creator first - we've had recent instances where LE's cause by the game itself are being ascribed by the LE system to mods instead.
