For people using the big mods that are fixing lots of things, I would advise using *only* those. If you want select fixes, use the mods like Bienchen's or Chipped's that address individual issues. (FYI ChippedSim and MissyHissy now have a download page for both their Wedding Stories mods.)
I will wait for him to release it, it's not a competition. It's a community choice to use one of it.
