i just redownloaded simrealistist health mod but can i still use the tray folder i already have or do i need to redownload that too. i just want a littlle advice

Food keeps disappearing from fridge
Since the update whenever my sims make food and out it in the fridge it disappears. I know it hasn't been eaten because it will be completely knew with lots of servings and completely vanish.
