I had a mod updated by Zero that allowed baking cupcake machine items in the oven. I had to delete that one to get the new recipes. I suspect any mod that changes the categories of baked and cooked items may need updating.

This is why I don't use any mods that touch (i.e. override) existing game cooking, gourmet cooking, or baking. They tend to need an update every time the game adds more foods and/or ingredients, which means often.
