with no other mods installed and
after deleting LocalThumbCache, please do let me know. I'd like to rule out mod conflicts, as this would seem to be a lot of mods broken. Of note: More Children at Parks conflicts with BrainBlasted's More Toddlers at Parks, which includes what More Children does.
