TOOL requires BetterBuild Buy (see the mod description for TOOL), and BBB is currently breaking the UI. Once BetterBuild Buy is updated, it should work again but will need updating for the new world for people with the new pack. Test the "always" mod alone, without TOOL. I'm not finding any other reports that they break UI, and they don't affect UI so I wouldn't expect them to.
