@luthienrising I have no idea what that is so lets say I haven't cleared it XD I'll go retest
I can hopefully help out here. go into your game files which are normally located in "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" and find the item called "localthumbcache" and delete it. I also delete the "cache" folder and "onlinethumbnailcache" and "avatar cache" folders and any lastUIexception.txt and LastException.txt files from that folder.
