[OLD] Broken/Updated Mods & CC: July 26 '22 High School etc. Patch and August Patches

Thanks @David-Stephens ! A couple questions first - Does this happen with NPCC if it's the only mod installed and localthumbcache is removed? Also, have you tested the careers right through a career path? I know there's at least one change to career coding, and I'm not sure yet what impact it has, but it's to do with career day counting or timing.
