Bienchen's siblingcaretweaks (the updated version) seems to still have some issues. It caused an LE when initially clicking on my brand new newborns and also my newborns were unable to age up with it in (the dreaded Sim is not eligible to age up glitch/bug) which was gone when I removed the mod. However, since I am not Bienchen, I allow for user error, including some combo of mods not tested.
