A note on CC hair: Your Sims WON'T be bald and the hairs WILL still be available in CAS. But they won't have the new colours until creators update them. This isn't batch-fixable, so please be patient with them.
Also:
Until there's an update to Sims 4 Studio, CC hair updates (which you'll find on my Twitter and from your favorite creators) will work on your Sims, but the new colours won't work yet with genetics. And on CC bunk beds: Worried about your CC bunk beds? Don't be! No update appears needed for them, Theuso/ @matheus_mar_1999 says, and reports:
my custom Sophisticated Adult Bunk Bed is working fine on today's patch and no longer needs Lotharihoe's More Bunk Bed Slots to enable the slots
