They shouldn't be, no, the way they fixed them should be compatible with the way EA will have fixed this. The why is a bit techy:
Original Chairs used 64 bit numbers
Patch made you need 32 bit numbers
Creators/Batch Fix gave chairs the 32 bit numbers
EA made 64 bit items slottable again
32 bit numbers are compatible with 64 bit
"Fixed" chairs still work
