Alright, after removing everything but this mod and deleting the localthumbcache, it seemed to be the same thing, but then I decided to enter build mode for live mode instead, and it appears to be fine. The issue was when I entered build mode for Manage Worlds without the Organized Debug option ticked off (since it removes the tick whenever mods are disabled). It was definitely acting odd, but now it's working as intended! :)
So, I suppose I can report that it works, but that it should be enabled in build mode before entering that mode from Manage Worlds since that appears to be making it act up.
