[OLD] Broken/Updated Mods & CC: Sept ’21 Spa Day Refresh Patch

Gauntlet101010 updated Sims4 Tattoos Unlocked for Children and Toddlers, and it now includes allowing toddlers to have toenails.

(They might need an override like tattoos and makeup do to make them actually appear. I'm not sure. Since tattoos and makeup don't have meshes, you can just add ages in S4S to make them available. I don't personally know how nails will work.)
