[OLD] Broken/Updated Mods & CC: Sept ’21 Spa Day Refresh Patch

I have a type of an issue that's been here before - my build mode is not working correctly. I've tried to delete UI Extension mod which is most likely to cause this issue, but my game is unresponsive - there are buttons but I cannot exit the game or choose anything. It started all over again after this update, I had this problem once in May or June. I am not sure if this can be mod-related or just an in-game problem.
