One of the default noses has a facial glitch on kids

I noticed a kid in the Greenburg family has a weird facial glitch going on. After messing around with different categories for awhile I determined it is one of the default noses. It only affects kids...

shelbybreed​ Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, please do a "vanilla" test:  Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving. See Mod & CC Issues: START HERE
