Origin won't launch sims 4
When I go into origin and press play sims 4, it runs for a little, then takes me back to origin without my game opening. I've tried multiple times and still haven't seemed to figure out the problem. I deleted one cache and its still not working so I don't know what to do.
@barbtingz Please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you can get far enough to start a new save. If you can, go ahead and start moving your existing content from the old Sims 4 folder to the new one. Do so in batches, testing each time; if the game stops working again, you'll know that one of the files you just added is a problem.
If you can't play even in a clean folder with nothing at all added to it, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
