Parents cannot pick up infant in the game.

Hello,

This has happened to me before. I create a family with an infant in CAS. When I start the game, no one picks up the infant. If I play one of the parents and click on the infant, there is no choice of picking the baby up. All I get is feeding preference and diaper change. But I don't have the option to pick up the child.

This could be a mod issue. 

It has happened to me before. Although in this current case, the parents did hire a Nanny and hopefully that will solve the issue. Aside from finding the mods (In case that doesn't work), what else should I do?

This could also be a glitch in the system because it has happened to be twice before with two other families. All the other families have picked up their infants when the game started.
