[patch 1.118] Auto Lights won't stay on!

Ever since the update my lights are stuck on "On". I keep setting them to auto lights but it seems every time I travel away from the house, then back, they are reset to "On". [title edited by Luth...

I did a fair bit of testing on this. It does not occur in a mod-free game. It does occur if you have an outdated version of Deaderpool's mod MC Command Center (specifically, version 2025.5.0, which was never cleared as compatible with patch 1.118). Update that for patch 1.118.

See the patch 1.118 Broken and Updated Mods and CC thread for other mods you might need to update. It's possible that more than one outdated mod causes this.

since the most recent update on september 18th, any time i load in the game; even after readjusting each light or each room, EVERY single light is on FULL brightness. this is SOO annoying considering some lights i keep on with dimmer settings and some lights i only have set to turn on automatically. but not anymore. i usually don’t complain bc bugs are bound to happen with updates — but this one is just awful.
