I accidentally update my game without knowing that the mod and cc are broken since the marketplace is out. It updated like usual, but it won't open after that. So I tried to repair it on the EA ...

If you have werebesu mods they were causing this before the patch for a lot of people and I don't believe they're updated yet. Any broken ui mod can cause this.

UI Cheats was updated on the 18th, so if you haven't redownloaded it and installed it, that could be your problem. If if was after the 18th, it's something else.
