@beatrizpfarias I merged your post with the current main thread. Do you have this on all Sims or only those with max out character values ?

Did you delete the locatlhumbcache file after removing your mods/cc ? Does it work on a new save ?

@crinrict it does happen on every household and i did delete the localthumbcache, i don't really know what to do anymore.

  i have tried on a blank modlesss save and it also didn't work. i saw someone here say they repaired the game and it worked , but i did that and it still happened. it's still unplayable. i hope they fix it soon
