Sims over the 0.75 fitness mark have a 50% chance to gain a +1 confident emotion when Checking Self Out in mirror, instead of the flirty moodlet. (Moodlet : All That Work is Paying Off! - It feels good to admire your strong body every now and then!)
Sims under the 0.25 weight or fitness mark have a 50% chance to gain a +1 embarrassed emotion at the gym. (Moodlet : Look How Good They Look! - Sims don't like being compared to other sims, especially in a place with so many fit sims!)

These traits are also then passed down to offspring, but are now shown as a hidden trait. (Regular being most dominant, then High, then Low)- Changes are made to how each age group gains weight :
