Play original households in current save?

Is there a way to restore the original households to my current save?

I’d like to play the new Calientes

I tried following these steps from an old thread but it’s not working.

    I figured it out. 
    I was confusing the My Library screen with the Manage Households screen. 
    I was using Manage Households and clicking “Move Into My Households”

    Rather than going to CAS and saving to My Library from there.

    @jeffkneelsonne At what point is it not working? You should be able to start a new save, save the Calientes to your library, then place from your library into any save.

    @PipMenace Thanks for replying. 
    I started a new game, saved the “default” households to my library and confirmed they were there. 
    Saved the game. 
    When I open my usual save the added households aren’t in my library. 
    I went back to the new save and confirmed they are in My Library there.
