Played Households Randomly Change Aspirations

For some reason, my played households will have random aspirations that I didn't give them and I find this out when I go into CAS with them or load their household in Live Mode. I'm able to change the aspirations back to where I wanted them, but it's odd and slightly annoying since I play rotationally, with aging turned off for everyone. I'm honestly not sure what could be causing this. I do have some CC aspirations installed, but I'm seeing this happen with Maxis-made aspirations. I have Neighborhood Stories disabled and I use MC Command Center mostly to manage unplayed population in the game.
