Playground Lot Type Missing

The Playground lot type,  whenever I place it from the gallery, is replaced with a 'Generic' lot type. And when I try to use build/buy it doesn't show up at all. Now I do have a few mods, but no othe...

    Try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.

When I cleared the cache and took my Mods folder out, the lot type appeared, thanks! :)
