What's not working for you?
- If it's working with a renamed Mods folder and you also deleted localthumbcache, your issue is your mods/CC, not the game. See the resources pinned in the Mods Forum. Note: This patch has next to no impact on mods/CC.
- If it still doesn't work with a renamed Mods folder and your issue is with getting the game to start or with files missing, please head to Tech Support.
