Politician career missing?

Back in December, I started a save where I had Vlad join the Politician career that came with City Living. When I opened my game a few days later, he was unemployed. I went back to the job tab and the politician career is no longer there. 

Is anybody else having this issue? I don’t have any mods installed. It was around the time I got the For Rent pack so maybe there was a patch or delivery that messed this up. 

I hope it shows up again soon. Vlad is going to take over the world.
