Portrait poses not working (just adults, kids ok)

I have quite a lot of CC but I've gone through my mods and can't locate a problem with them, though it's possible I've missed something.  I have lots of pose packs installed, which seem to be working fine in-game, but it's my PORTRAIT poses - like the one above - that are messed up.  Specifically the adults.  In the photo example above the child's pose is working and but the adult only has T-pose (or upside down V-pose?).  The major mods I have installed are Deaderpool's MCCC, TwistedMexi's BetterBuildBuy, TOOL, and then for poses it's Andrew's Pose Player and the Teleport thing.  I can pose perfectly in-game but not in CAS.  Any ideas?
