Pose Player Revelation!

I've been meaning to comment on this thread all week, but I was mostly on mobile, so unable to share pictures.
I initially had my reservations about pose player, but back then I had only just started using mods. I found it is really easy to use and good for a great deal of things.
But finding the right poses is an absolute chore if you ask me. I know there are several good pose creators and I usually look at their stuff when I'm looking for something. But if you're looking for a really specific pose, it's almost impossible to find -or worse, you do find it but it's hidden behind ad sites or a pay wall.
I'm not currently sharing an actual story on my blog, so I don't use poses very often. And even in stories, I try to use in game animations more because they're more readily available.
That said, in my current gameplay legacy, I use poses for family portraits and such.

I sometimes also use poses to make promo material for new things on my blog - I did this one for the 7 toddler challenge I played last year:

(and yes, that is the same Sim as above, I loved my toddler caretaker so much that she went on to get a degree at uni and then started a legacy)
And I sometimes use poses to showcase households, like the "inverted Weasleys" that I shared last Simblreen:
