Positivity posters no longer unlocked even thought I completed the challenge?

I'm having issues with the stupid positivity posters. I complete the aspiration way back when it started, the posters were unlocked. I have no clue what happened, but now they are locked, even though...

@fgsyum3md9e8 If nothing else works, you should be able to unlock those posters by using these cheats:

 bb.showhiddenobjects + bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement

That challenge was long gone before I started playing Sims 4 but I can still get the posters thru the cheats.
