Pregnant sim refuses to stop working despite going into labor???
This is, hands down, the most insane sims bug I have even encountered and I don’t know how to respond to it.
I have a sim who got the workaholic lifestyle and keeps getting stressed out when she's not working. She's currently in her 3rd trimester with her first child, and was pouting about not being at work again. Then she decided to sneak to work all on her own while I was distracted with keeping her mother in law from messing around while she's supposed to be writing a book, even though it's the pregnant sims' day off today in game. Almost immediately after leaving the lot, she went into labor. And yet didn't stop working to come back so she can bring a human life into the world. And since it's her day off and she chose to go to work anyways, there is no 'leave work early' option available to me to force her to come back.
Like, I know the US maternity leave situation is bad, but I didn't think it was "Your water breaking is not a reasonable excuse to leave early from the extra shift you picked up!" bad!!!!
