Problems with loading onto a business site if it is an apartment building

When I switch to construction mode from the site where someone's business is located from the Business and Hobby supplement, returning to this family I get to the same business site. But the icon of ...

So, a very strange situation) I tried to repeat this bug and went to the same site with the business. However, my game crashed. And apparently I had been saved on this site before, so I came back again and now my character's icon is inactive.  I click on the character icon and only one action appears, "take care of yourself"

It looks like you're currently using mods in your game- please remove all mods and test your game without them, let us know if you're still seeing issues then.
