problems with teens age days

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? idk
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? everything except: high school years, cottage living, growing together, werewolves,dream home decorator, and my wedding stories, and all the kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i do not know.
What happens when the bug occurs? teen sims not aging up by themselves. 'days until age up stays at 14 all the time, while other ages do age up by themselves.
What do you expect to see? that teen sims will age up automatically
