@CBWriter22 Check your family tree if they already have a greyed out parent. If that's the case, you can't make another.

They do not. I have checked multiple times. Now it's doing this weried thing where the family I have saved doesn't have relationships at all and I can only set one of the older sims as the parents.
- @CBWriter22 Can you also not change anything if you put them in the gallery and redownload to CAS ?
I have tried to reupload both sets of the family to the gallery and nothing is working. I've also tried repairing my game and that did nothing as well. I don't know what to do at all, I'm annoyed that this is even an issue and I know I'm not the only person whoes had this happen in their game.

They are still on the gallery under The Vallamin's and The Vallamin-Grayham's

- @CBWriter22 Seems there are parents in the family tree. Just not visible from the parents themselves only from the children's view.
