@crinrict I tried bulldozing and placing the apartments. This happened in a new save, on one of the previous ones I couldn't place VIII Landgraab top floor after the update. Before the update I could place the apartments I listed without a problem. I will try to include pics but all that happens is I place the blueprint within lines click accept and a red box shows up in the middle of the room saying can't place due to a fixed object
@PixelFox14 I did a test and placed all of my Library rooms for the 20 Culpepper House apartments in a new game and I did not have any errors. Were there any notes or comments in those Gallery downloads about other players having any issues placing them? Is it possible that maybe they used a mod like T.O.O.L. when creating them? Can you list one of the Gallery downloads that is giving you trouble & maybe someone on here can test it in their game? I'm willing to give it a try.

It's the Medina studios apartment (I downloaded a mod where I can delete the 'needs TLC' traits and removed the drain, pipes and the mice holes. I used bb.move objects and it won't let me place it perfectly against the walls of the apartment. If anyone could help that would be amazing...

I don't know if you found a solution to this or not but I was having the same issue with 888 Spire apt. I was able to resolve it by deleting everything (quickest to delete entire rooms) leaving nothing but bare bones, then I built the floors back and retyped the move objects cheat on. I already had the cheat enabled but retyping worked and I was able to place the full apt "room".
