Did you have your Sim take a vacation and select the lot, or did you just travel there?

I had them travel there
@me93em Just to confirm, are you playing without Mods and CC?
This solved it! that was easy. I had them take a vacation there and everything works
@me93em Awesome! You can now check for which mods caused your problem. Start at Broken/Updated Mods .
