@PipMenace I succeed once, but after I tried again I couldn't trigger it.
Anyway, I decided to fix this problem by setting it to a permanent full moon phase so that my sim can be at full fury and then transform back into a human and it worked. The problem now is that even if I save my werewolf sim in the gallery, I want to start a new game file and make it into a story in which my sim gets bitten and gets transformed into a werewolf. And I want to make my sim's werewolf form look exactly like the one I saved in the gallery.

Anyway, I managed to fix all the problems I have on this even if I may have to customise my werewolves to default choices and not make them exactly as how they looked like when they first transformed. So it's all good now.
