Re: CC/Mod (only build/buy) is not showing up
Let's try something simple to start. Delete the localthumbcache file and start the game. Check the b/b catalog to see if the problem is still there. If it is, then move on to the suggestions below.
I suspect you may have a mod that is affecting the b/b catalog. Try moving just your mods, not your CC, out of the mods folder, delete the localthumbcache file and start the game to see if your b/b CC is showing in the catalog. After you've checked the catalog, just exit without saving. If you do see the CC there, then it is one of your mods. So, you'll have to figure out which one is doing it and remove it or see if there is an updated version that doesn't do it.
If you still don't see your b/b CC after doing that, then it might be something in your CC. In that case, move about half of your b/b CC out of the mods folder and test. Then test again with just the other half.
Or you could just pull everything and use the 50/50 method to test everything. Up to you how you go about it, but there is most likely something in your mods folder causing it.
