Ah- the problem for me was Zerbu's All worlds are residential mod.
Wait, nope. Now the world just won't load.
I did remove the MOD map and restart sims4 but still no new world show up.

With a new Sims 4 folder? Repair it again a couple of times. Make sure you're still using a new Sims 4 folder, completely new, no saves, mods, settings, nothing. - @Starscreamwolf13 removing Zerbu made the world show up for me, but then it's just a blank white screen when I try to load it...

Why? Just press play and start a new game. You've moved out all your saves, exactly like I asked you to, to force you into creating a new game. Oh- I get it now- sorry, it's been a while since it's like I've played the game from the very beginning
Did you ever get it working?
