The issue for me was basemental drugs and basemental gangs! Took me about 3hours to do the 50/50 with all of my MODS and CC....
My advice remove that from the game if you have MODS. But I think all in all if your getting "tunable_perf' just do the 50/50

    @kris23lebron While you're in the Mods folder, check any other script mods that are older than Feb. 27 but newer than Dec. 4 for updates.
