@megasourusrex Thank you! This was driving me mad! Im playing the Not so Berry 2 challenge and the first gen is all about maxing out the fabrication skill and I wanted her to only use fabricated furnitures.

@megasourusrex, I put some fruit trees in my household inventory in preparation to move and they disappeared. I'd also "lost" some fabricated desk lamps immediately upon making them, plus I had some mystery items in my inventory that were only visible to me when I would recycle items with the recycler. I have the Better BuildBuy mod, so after reading your post, I turned on "Live Edit" and all of these invisible items reappeared in my inventory! I can't thank you enough. This workaround needs more visibility. The disappearing fabricated items problem has been going on for years...
