Thanks. I added it to a clean game and didn't get the same issue as you. Can you move move your Mods folder to the desktop, trash the localthumbcache.package file, load the game then quit so a new Mods folder is created, then add those pillows to the new Mods folder so it's the only piece of CC in there. Launch the game, load up a house and see if it still happens. DO NOT SAVE as none of your other CC will be in the game.
