When I go to Sulani, the Lani St. Taz tab is just purple and I also cannot go to Mua Pel'am or any other place in the game like Finwick. The tab that describes the place just comes up, but I have never been able to visit any of the special places in the game. I can go to two beaches like Sand Simoleon Beach, Ohan' Ali Beach, Sims houses, and other public places, but that is it. It is like that in every world.

Are you using any mods/CC ?Does it happen on a new save as well or just a particular one ?EDIT: Are you clicking on an actual lot or just the neighborhood icon ? Maybe a pic would help.
