Hi, I did see someone else with this problem but please test without mods first!

Same and i even took out all my mods and it still doesn't work 

@WZRDKLLYY  Please leave the mods out for now, and repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.  Try to play again and see whether the error is still present.  If it is, please let me know what you're trying to do when you see it.  Please also post the full error code if it's different from the one the original poster reported.

Just for clarification by mods i mean script mods not custom content should i still try this method?

I was able to fix it I believe i had leftover files from a mod I deleted and that was making my game mess up but thank you so much for your help!!!

@CathyHannahMorga  If the repair alone doesn't fix the issue, you'll need to sort through your custom content and see which file or files are causing the problem.  If you have a lot of cc, you can use the 50/50 method described here:

@CathyHannahMorga  I'm not sure what you mean.  You need to test your cc yourself, unless you find it listed as outdated on another site.  The 50% method is towards the bottom of the page I linked.

Did you figure it out?Ive literally done everything everyone has mentioned and I’m still getting the same error message 

@jacqlinew  So no one repeats any steps that haven't worked, please list what you've tried so far.  Please also confirm that you do in fact have exactly the same error (not just the first three digits, the part after it too), or if you have a slightly different error, post that instead.

It’s literally the same exact error code.Ive taken out mods,repaired in origin.Ive had this issue,everything that’s posted online I’ve done

im getting this error code whenever i try to load my family.

I do have cc and mods in my game however i have tried everything such as using the mod conflict detector and removing files one by one. Please help 

hi! i had the same problem as you and ive found a solution that works for me. i removed all my mods and it thankfully worked again! hopefully this helps you!

nvm it still says the error code this time i've tried everything and i doubt its a mod because a few months ago here was no problem

If you have had Mods for a long time without updating them then it very likely is an outdated mod.

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.

If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

@themayamonster12  I'm not sure what your original issue was, but if removing the mods fixed it, then you'll need to test those mods to see which of them are a problem.  If a mod is broken, it's still going to be broken when you put it back in.

I have been having this issue since the latest update, i make a new household or try to play in a current one but it doesnt work. My script mods are not organized but whn i tried to delete them it didnt work. I cant figure out how to delete them all.
