Re: Mods and CC not showing up in game

@wyldwood  Please move the entire Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.  Move options.ini to the desktop too; this will reset all your in-game options.  Load the game, enable mods and custom content, and quit.  Download a fresh copy of one mod known to be updated for the current patch, place it in the new Mods folder the game will have generated, and see whether it works.

If it doesn't work, double-check that you're looking at the "correct" Sims 4 folder, as in, the one the game is reading.  Here's how to find out:

Please also list your full game version as it appears in-game (at the Main Menu), as in, 1.xx.xxx.xxxx.
