@sqj9laohgus3 If you move the existing Mods folder out of the Sims 4 folder it's in, for example to the desktop, and launch the game, a new Mods folder will be created. Use that one instead of the old one.

@puzzlezaddict I got the new mods folder, but all I needed to do was disable my 3rd party antivirus, thanks for the help!
