@QuiJED6447  It looks like this might be an offer to try an expansion pack, but the banner is broken.  Does it help if you put the EA App in offline mode before trying to play?  That would cut off access to the Gallery, but the game should otherwise work as normal.

If that doesn't help, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just see whether you have the option to start a new save.

If you do see that option, you can copy your saves to the new Sims 4 folder and try to load one.  If you don't see the option, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

    @puzzlezaddict Ok, I couldn't figure out how to change the EA app to offline mode. I did locate the offline green circle upper right on the front screen but clicking did nothing.

    I removed the folder 'The Sims4" and the game started to the gallery screen with the right column having New Game, Gallery and Options menu. Added the saves folder to the new 'The Sims 4' folder and now have Resume, Play Senario and load game in addition to the three menu items above. 

    I did note with the new folder I couldn't seem to exit the game from the options menu, End Game. I'll watch it and see if it continues.

    @QuiJED6447 Ok, skip the last part of the above email. I just shut the game down from the options menu and it worked fine. Could it have been I had two sessions open one in each of the 'The Sims 4' folders??? I don't know but last time I had to close one of the sessions through the task manager after i shut one down throutgh the game, Options, End Game.

    @puzzlezaddict Ok, tried moving Mods, Tray and Custom music folders to the new 'The Sims 4' folder, error still there. Took out the Mods folder, no error. Added mods 50 to 100 at a time, no problem till the last batch. Narroed it down to 

    tyjokr-ts2turnons-withoccults.package  That seems to be the mod thats causing the issue.
